1 cup whipping cream 3/4 cup strawberries 2 egg whites 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 cup sugar 1 prepared pie shell Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add berries, lemon juice, sugar and beat no less than 15 minutes. Whip cream until thick; fold into other mixture. Pour into prepared pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. (Graham cracker shell works well). Other berries or fruit may be substitued for the strawberries. - - - Alternative: Use one 12 oz. container Cool Whip or other non-dairy topping instead of cream.
