6 plum tomatoes -- seeded 1 1/2 c vegetable stock 2 c baby lima beans, frozen -- thawed 3 scallion -- thinly sliced 3 tbsps grainy mustard 1 lb linguini -- cooked Simmer limas, scallions and mustard in vegetable broth about 7 minutes while pasta is cooking. Add tomatoes and remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta in sauce.
