12 oz Chocolate 1 Peppermint extract 1/2 c Margarine 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar 2 Eggs 2 ts Vanilla Melt and cool chocolate. Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mixture. Pack into 8 inch square pan. Cool and set and cut in squares.
