"RoTel Spicy Meat Loaf"
Ingredients | | 1 1/2 | pound | ground beef | | 3 | each | bread, sliced, torn into small pieces | | 1 | each | egg | | 1 | each | rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis (10 oz) | | 1 | each | onion, chopped | | 2 | teaspoon | chili powder | | 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | | 1/3 | cup | chili sauce | | | | | | Directions:
| Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread in ungreased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inch loaf pan Bake 1 hour at 375 covered with foil; drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf and bake 15 minutes more uncovered.
