Ingredients
3poundchicken breasts, skinless
2tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonlemon juice
2eachgarlic, cloves, crushed
1/4teaspoonoregano
2tablespoonwhite wine, dry
1pepper, to taste

Directions:

If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients. Soak chicken for 10 minutes. Bake in greased pan in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.

Serves 4.
