"Smothered Chicken"
Ingredients | | 4 | each | chicken, breasts, skinless | | 12 | oz | mushrooms, fresh | | 1 | each | cream of mushroom soup, can | | 1 | each | cream of chicken soup, can | | 1 | each | french onion soup, can | | 1 | | celery, chopped, or baby corn, etc | | | | | | Directions:
| Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while washing and cutting mushrooms in half. Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour.
You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
