1 1/4 c Onion -- chopped 1/4 c Water 1 Celery stalk -- chopped 2 c Potatoes -- cubed 1/4 c Carrots -- sliced 1/2 c Cabbage -- shredded 1/2 c Kale -- chopped 1/2 c Water 1 Garlic clove -- minced 1/2 ts Salt, or to taste 1/2 ts Paprika Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes.
