"Shrimp-Cheese Strata"
Ingredients | | 8 | oz | cream cheese, softened | | 1/4 | cup | sour cream | | 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | | 2 | teaspoon | curry powder | | 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | | 4 1/4 | oz | shrimp, tiny, rinsed, drained | | 1 | each | egg, hard-cooked, chopped | | 3 | tablespoon | onions, green, finely chopped, with tops | | 1 | | flatbread | | | | | | Directions:
| Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread.
