1/4 cup Drained, flaked -- water-packd Tuna 1 tablespoon Each diced celery and red Onion 1 tablespoon Diet mayonnaise 3/4 teaspoon Prepared mustard Dash oregano Salt and pepper to taste 1 Slice whole grain bread 1 ounce Sliced low-fat mozzarella Cheese 1. Preheat broiler. 2. In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard. 3. Add seasonings. Mix well. 4. Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture. Top with cheese.
